The Virginia Rodgers Kitchen is the only community kitchen in the area. It is open to all who perhaps want to sell their delicious salsa, or sauce, or jellies or baked goods at the Farmer’s Market. It is perfect for the budding caterer who wants to get established before investing in a space and equipment. It is perfect for the family member who has been asked to prepare food for a wedding reception but has insufficient space and equipment at home. Food intended for sale needs to be in a kitchen certified by the Health Department.
